WINTER DIET OF FASHION MODELS.DIET " THE ROSE"


Breakfast: a cup of hot coffee - 150 ml., 1 egg, 1 slice toasted bread
Lunch: 1 large salad bowl, 1 glass of mineral water
Breakfast in 16 hours: 1 hot coffee (or green tea)
Dinner: small cooked meat (your choice of chicken or beef), cheese, a salad (your choice, but without the fat and vegetables only)
Diet for 1 week. Can poizmenite menu instead of turning fruit salad with vegetables, black tea (or other, but no sugar!). If you want to have an effect, you must forget about the sweet, salty and alcohol. Every day you should drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of mineral water.



Diet is a gym in London and really efficient, but let's not forget that every organism is strictly individual and reacts differently!
